The problem is that some unfair parties to the conflict do not want to reckon with the special status of medical personnel. This raises the issue of the protection of medical personnel during the war;Some believe that the rapid development of medicine during the war may lead to unfair use of its achievements, e.g. against the prisoners of war or other victims of war. In order to prevent such criminal abuses, the precise control for all new drugs, resulting in the development of medicine during the war is required.Thus, we can conclude that the arguments in favor of development of medicine in a time of war aremuch more than counter-arguments.
