Lack of financial resources for innovative development is a serious problem at the stage of company formation.Based on all the above, we can conclude that the main risks for smaller enterprises in the field of innovation are financial risks, risks of disclosure of trade secrets.Risk management in innovation activities for smaller enterprises is carried out by reducing innovation activity to zero. But the interaction of smaller enterprises with corporations (which was described in the first section of the work) allows smaller enterprises to carry out innovative activities under the cover of the Corporation and under their risk management system and an organized system of economic and information security.CONCLUSIONBased on the research conducted in the first section of the work, it can be concluded that innovation in the modern world is carried out by both corporations and smaller enterprises.Corporations in innovation pay more attention to new developments, to the formation of new technologies and ideas and their implementation in real life.Smaller enterprises are more focused on implementing innovations that have already been developed.However, in recent years, many corporations have begun to actively interact with smaller companies in the field of innovation, in particular development. In other words, corporations Finance innovative projects that are carried out by smaller companies.Based on this, it is possible to formulate the difference between the innovative activities of corporations and smaller enterprises. Corporations have all possible and necessary resources for innovation: financial, material, and other. But at the same time, there is a lack of such resources as human and temporary. Smaller companies are mostly short of financial resources.
